At MOSCOT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your iconic eyewear. If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return window for all orders placed on our website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place your eyewear in its original MOSCOT case and packaging, ensuring all cleaning cloths and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our NYC laboratory, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
